Details

The Half-Day package entails a carefully planned hiking trip, typically up to 4 hours or 5 miles. Ross takes photos of the journey and includes time at the destination for some directed photo shooting with his camera. This package includes at least 30 edited photos.

The Full-Day package is for those seeking a more comprehensive hiking experience. This extends the time up to 12 hours allowing us to get to the higher and more remote viewpoints. It also doubles the amount of photo/video content. Clients will receive at least 60 edited photos.

For those who want to focus on the highest quality portrait photography, a Portrait Package upgrade includes the addition of a team member for technical photography help, and increases the amount of photo edits. Ross and his assistant can then place greater emphasis on portrait quality, incorporating off-camera lighting gear, multiple perspectives, and detailed posing direction. Clients will receive more professional camera photos (50/100) to ensure that every aspect of the portrait is captured perfectly.

Travel Expenses
Prices include travel expenses for locations within 200 miles driving distance from Kennewick, WA. For further locations in the Cascade Range, $1/mile beyond 200 miles (1-way calculation).

Deposits
$580.00 (halfday rate) is requested as a deposit. Because of the nature of planning a hike in the mountains (weather, forest fires, etc) rescheduling does happen. Should we agree on rescheduling our date due to conditions out of our control, the deposit is good for any available date for two years. If you, as the client, need to completely cancel with 3 or more days of notice from the event date then 60% refund will be issued. If for some reason I need to cancel on you (has yet to happen!), 100% will be refunded.

Headshot and staff photo selections are edited with care of details, and to the standard of modern commercial imagery. Marketing and promotional usage is granted with these files.

Event Photography

This all-inclusive fee is calculated by time spent on-site but also covers subsequent post-production tasks necessary to deliver high-quality edited images. Amount of final images can vary depending on the type of event, but a typical average is 40-60 images per hour of photography.
