Regal Winter: A Tri-Cities Bridal Shoot

Regal_010.jpg

This shoot was a project with 509 Bride. 509 is the area code for Eastern Washington State. And 509Bride.com makes it much easier for soon-to-be wed persons to find working wedding professionals locally. So we set out to build a team of creative wedding professionals, and to create this inspiration shoot for the current season.

Personally, being inspired by fashion bridal editorials, my approach was to create small sets on location and direct the bride and groom (models) for each shot. This is also why I enjoy doing ‘after shoots’ with couples. So we can take a day to do a photo shoot without the schedule of the wedding day. I can help make a relaxed environment, and direct each shot.

The concept started with myself, 509Bride, and Rochelle of Bliss Events and “stemmed from the beautiful and elegant emerald green and branched into a beautiful set brimming with elegant cakes, floral, and pine arrangements”.
